Hi friends! Here is our EASY and CHEAP DIY TUTORIAL on LOL Surprise Custom baby strollers/carriages! We couldn’t believe how easy this was to make! We decided we wanted our baby carriages to look somewhat like the Lil Sister Dolls. We got everything from the Dollar Tree Store and the other stuff we already had on hand (but if you don’t have these on hand they can also be found at the Dollar Store)!
